Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t know where to start with computers, so is there any point in me having a website?

Absolutely, the whole premise of our business is to make the internet and it’s advantages more accessible to people. We do the complicated stuff, and once the site is on-line, it raises awareness and increases the catchment area for your business, without you lifting a finger.

I’ve got a few ideas for my site, are you open to suggestions?

Most definitely. In fact we encourage input from our clients. We can create a polished, informative website for anyone, without any help from the client. However, the more the client gets involved, the easier it becomes for us to deliver exactly what you are looking for. We don’t just say yes to everything though. If we feel an idea is to the detriment of the final project, then we will say so. We’re passionate about our work, and we will strive to ensure your website is as good as it can be.

I’m thinking of getting a website built, but it’s not for my business, can you still help?

Absolutely, small businesses are simply our niche. We can build websites for everything from holiday homes to social clubs or events. Whatever you want a website for, we can help.

We’ve agreed on a price, so how do I pay?

We run a half now, half on completion policy. Once the first instalment has been paid, work will begin on your site. Once you are happy with the website, the final instalment should be paid within 14 days of the completion date.

How long until I can get my website on-line?

Obviously this is dependent on several factors such as size, content and requirements. A small one page site that is paid for promptly can expect to be on the world wide web within one week. Time frames are more accurately discussed when you contact us.

Why do I need a website?

If you are a business, then a website should be an absolute must. The web is a perfect tool for expanding the catchment area of your customers. It is ideal for promoting and advertising what your business offers and can serve as a fantastic reference point. If you are still unsure then opt for a basic cheap website to begin with, we are sure it won’t take long to pay for itself. Once you are aware of the capabilities of your personal website, you can then invest more in to a larger more functional web page.

How do I add content to my site each month?

We can maintain and update your website for a monthly fee. Just like the website itself, the cost of this fee will be reflected by size, content and man hours required for the update. But you won’t be hit by an unexpected bill. We contact our clients if the cost of an update is out of the ordinary and discuss with them budgets in advance of the whole build.
