Boom Web Design - Terms Of Use

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(Boom Web Design and boomwebdesign.co.uk) may be referred to as (“we”, “us”, “our” and “this”) at any point during these terms of use.

All prices and price bands included in this site are a guide only. We make no guarantees that final costs will be within the price band of respected site. All estimates quoted are made as accurate as reasonably possible. Whilst we will make every effort to keep costs below an estimate, we hold no responsibility for final costs that  do exceed the final estimate quoted, if original request of client is altered in any way.

We operate a half now, half on completion payment structure. First payment should be completed once final price for work is agreed upon by both parties. If first payment is not made within 28 days from the date when price and work is agreed upon by both parties, we reserve the right to cancel any contracts and agreed prices between the two parties. Work will begin once first payment is made. Time scale of work and/or completion date of work will be discussed and agreed upon. We commit to completing work within this time frame, and agree to discuss adjustments to quoted price if time frame is overrun and no adjustments have been made to original build. However, due to the ‘completion’ of a website being subjective, we must operate a ‘no refund policy’ on any work that does overrun.

Once work is completed on the build and the website is accessible via the world wide web, the final payment should be paid. Payment is expected within 14 days from the date of the website becoming accessible via the world wide web. If payment has not been received within this time, we reserve the right to remove the website from the world wide web on the 15th day. If payment is received within 28 days of the website first becoming accessible via the world wide web, then we will return the website to an accessible status. Any payments received after the 28 days will not guarantee the website returning to accessible status as further costs may have been incurred and we reserve the right to keep the website offline if we deem fit to do so. Payments will be retained until an agreement is made between both parties . Legal action may be considered if we do not receive the final payment within 28 days from the date of the website becoming accessible via the world wide web.

We allow a period of 7 days after the first payment for the client to cancel any contracts made without incurring any costs. If the client wishes to cancel the contract after the first 7 day period from the first payment, we reserve the right to retain any payments made without completing or continuing any work.

We will not be held responsible for the content or information included in any websites that we have handed over to customers to add content themselves after completion. All information and content included within this site, the sites we build, maintain and/or do not handover for private use is to the best of our knowledge, correct at the last time this document was updated. We accept no responsibility for any images, information and/or content that is contained in any sites linked to this site or any sites we have built.
